This two-day course is designed for those wishing to learn basic professional skills for Asian bridal make-up.
Students will be trained by professional makeup artists with over ten years experience in the makeup industry. Our high specification, state-of-the-art makeup studio provides students with a professional environment to learn in and to practise their skills.
This Course Will Include
- Styles - Learn about the traditional asian makeup application techniques and looks.
- Use of Foundations - Learn how to select and apply the appropriate foundation for you clients.
- Faces - learn how to recognise each shape
- Natural Wedding Make-up - Creating a natural look for the bride/bridesmaids.
- Colour Correction Techniques - balance extremes of skin hues to produce a beautiful, even tone
- Using the Correct Shades - Reds, purples and browns all go well with asian skin, learn how to apply these in the correct manner.
- Equipment - Learn how to care for your products, what to include in your kit and more.
- Use of Concealers - Using the correct tone to hide blemishes and uneven colouring to achieve a 'natural' appearance.
- Product Awareness - Learn which types of make up blend well together - and which don't!
- How to Apply Eye make-up - strong wedding makeup, natural tones, contemporary, Glamour and Evening make-up.
Locations
This training course is available at our Hammersmith, Westminster, Putney and Fulham specialist training centres. All four London training centres are just a few minutes away from the district line tube stations.
Non-EEA/International Students
If you are a non-EEA or Swiss national you must have the correct visa to study a short course in the UK. It is your own responsibility to check your visa status and ensure you obtain the correct visa before travelling to the UK.
Non-EEA/International students' visas and passports will need to be verified by the Academy, prior to commencement of the course.
