Recently, the UK government has passed a new age restriction on sun bed tanning.

All under-18s are now banned from using sunbeds in England and Wales.Scotland has previously enforced such regulations, including banning stand alone tanning shops without staff present. Ireland is said to also adopt the new regulations throughout the country next year.

Sunbed tanning is thought to pose a significant cancer risk to users. As a result of this ban and increased awareness of the risks involved, many people who previously ran sunbed salons are considering enrolling on spray tanning courses to expand their business opportunities and attract more clients for beauty treatments.

Spray tanning is set to explode into the UK and become one of the most popular treatments ever. Students who have previously attended beauty courses appreciate the extra possibilities of exponential growth in this exciting and lucrative treatment.
