The Grand Millennium Al Wahda hotel has opened one of Abu Dhabi’s largest health club and spa. The complex is spread over an area of 2700 square metres!
Students on beauty courses are be pleased to know that this new opening of a spa will introduce a number of new jobs in beauty therapy. The job openings range from spa treatment beauty therapists to dietitians and personal trainers.
The health centre includes a swimming pool and separate children’s pool on the roof of the building, providing spectacular views over the city.
General manager Michael Sorgenfrey said, “The Al Wahda Health club is truly unique””It has most definitely set the bar in terms of fitness and well being in the city and we fully anticipate a healthy uptake of memberships and visitors. We also anticipate considerable demand for the Zayna Spa because of its sheer versatility, its well-thought out menu and the professionalism of the team”.
The club offers a variety of membership options, classes and training programmes. All of which will be great news for people after they finish beauty therapy courses. The skills required in health clubs, such as facial treatments can be learned on beauty training courses at the Academy.
